Every protection on this site can be delivered in person, wherever you are — as a premium upgrade on any service. Most of what we do ends at the county recorder, but plenty of paperwork just needs a notary and a signature in the right place: an affidavit, escrow documents, estate documents your attorney prepared, a form a court or an agency sent you. With our mobile service, the notary travels to you, verifies identity the way the law requires, completes the notarial certificate the document calls for, and keeps the journal entry the law requires. If the document also needs copies or mailing, we handle that too.

Your home deed is recorded with the county
The deed goes to the recorder for the property’s county — requirements vary by county, and the document is formatted to the right one — with the correct cover sheet and the correct fees, which are passed through to you at cost.

You get the recorded copy
The recorded document is emailed to you as soon as it comes back, and the original is mailed with the right postage and mail class. You keep your originals; we retain only the journal record the law requires.
