Protection, in their words
What clients say
Real reviews from Direct Deeds customers, quoted word for word with the reviewer name and the date. Every one is published on our Google Business Profile.
- Quoted verbatim, never edited
- Named and dated, exactly as published
- We do not write reviews about ourselves
Verbatim
What people said afterwards
Nothing here has been shortened, tidied or reordered. Where a reviewer left their words as they did, that is how they appear.
-
My title process was fast, smooth, and completely stress-free.

Our rule
How a review gets onto this page
Anyone can put a paragraph in italics next to a first name and a photograph of a stranger. Here is the standard a quote has to meet before it appears on this site at all.
What we require
- The reviewer’s name exactly as they published it — not an initial, not a first name we chose
- Publication on a public profile we cannot edit — linked from this page so you can check it
- The date it was published, shown next to the quote
- The words as written, including the typos — a quote we tidied is a quote we wrote
What you will never see here
- A review we wrote, commissioned, incentivised or asked someone to word a particular way
- A quote attributed to a profession or a firm the reviewer did not state themselves
- A row of stars drawn by us, or a rating badge implying an endorsement nobody gave
- A negative review quietly removed — reviews are published where the platform shows them, and that is where they stay
If we did the job, saying so publicly helps the next person deciding whether to call. It goes on the platform, not to us, and we cannot edit it.
-
Being told what happens next
What each document does, what we need from you, and what the county will want — before anyone signs anything.
-
Someone coming to you
A kitchen table, an office, a hospital room. Most people who call us cannot easily get to an office.
-
One person, start to finish
The person you speak to on the phone is the person who turns up and the person who follows it through.
Next step
Ask us the awkward question first.
The quickest way to find out whether we are the right people is to call and describe what you are holding. If it turns out you need an attorney instead, we will tell you that on the same call.
