Accessibility

Direct Deeds aims for WCAG 2.2 AA on this site. What we have built toward that, the limits we know about, and how to do everything by phone instead.

Rather ask a person

We will tell you on the call whether this is something we can do for you.

This page is a commitment, not a badge. Much of our work is for people for whom the usual way of doing things is not available right now — and this website should hold itself to the same standard as the service.

What we aim for

We are building this site toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA — in the standard’s own vocabulary, we assess it today as partially conformant: most of the site meets that level, and the parts that do not yet are being worked through, not ignored. The work that target implies is in the site now: headings in order, a label on every form control, keyboard access to everything interactive, visible focus, generous touch targets, animation that switches itself off when your system asks for reduced motion, and pages that print cleanly — because documents get printed.

How we test

Pages are checked with automated accessibility tooling (axe) and by hand — keyboard-only passes at desktop and phone sizes in a current version of Chrome on Windows. This statement was last reviewed in August 2026.

Known limitations

We test, and we still find things. The decorative background artwork on this site is purely visual and is hidden from assistive technology, and we have more screen-reader testing ahead of us than behind us. If something on this site does not work with your equipment, we want to hear about it — that report goes to the top of the list.

Rather ask a person

Nothing on this website is the only way to reach us. Everything the site does — questions, booking, pricing — can be done by phone, with a person, at (702) 685-0400. And because we travel to our clients by appointment, the signing itself comes to wherever you are.

Feedback

If any part of this site is hard to use, call (702) 685-0400 and tell us what happened and what you were using when it happened — or send the same detail through our contact form. We will fix what we can and be honest with you about what we cannot.

Effective August 16, 2026.

  • We come to you

Your home, your office, a hospital room or a care facility. There is no office visit to arrange.

  • No contract

Simple per-transaction pricing. No subscription, no retainer, no minimum.

  • Evenings and weekends

By appointment, because the paperwork rarely waits for business hours.

Next step

Tell us what has to be protected.

One call and you will know what is involved, what we need from you, and when we can be there. If it turns out you need an attorney instead, we will tell you that on the same call.
