Legal disclaimer

We are not attorneys and cannot give legal advice. The full disclaimer, the notice Nevada requires of non-attorney notaries, and the same statement in Spanish.

Rather ask a person

We will tell you on the call whether this is something we can do for you.

Everything on this page is already true everywhere else on this site. It is collected here so one page says all of it, in plain terms, in both languages Nevada law cares about.

We are not attorneys

We are not attorneys and cannot give legal advice. We prepare, notarize, and record the documents you direct us to prepare.

That sentence is the boundary of the work. It means:

  • We do not choose documents for you, and we do not advise you on which one fits your situation.
  • We do not interpret documents or predict their legal effect.
  • We do not accept fees for legal advice, because we cannot give any.

The notice Nevada requires

Nevada law — NRS 240.085 — requires a notary public who is not an attorney and who advertises notarial services in a language other than English to post this statement, in that language, wherever those services are advertised:

I am not an attorney in the State of Nevada. I am not licensed to give legal advice. I may not accept fees for giving legal advice.

The same law forbids a non-attorney notary from using the terms “notario,” “notario publico,” “licenciado,” or any equivalent non-English term. We do not use them, anywhere, in any language.

No usamos esos términos.

When you need an attorney

If you are unsure which document fits your situation, what it will do once signed, or whether you should sign it at all — that is a question for a lawyer, and we will tell you so on the call. We would rather send you to an attorney than let you sign the wrong thing.

Questions

If you are not sure whether your situation is something we can handle, call (702) 685-0400 and ask. We will tell you on the call — and if the honest answer is “talk to a lawyer first,” that is the answer you will get.

Effective August 16, 2026.

  • We come to you

Your home, your office, a hospital room or a care facility. There is no office visit to arrange.

  • No contract

Simple per-transaction pricing. No subscription, no retainer, no minimum.

  • Evenings and weekends

By appointment, because the paperwork rarely waits for business hours.

Next step

Tell us what has to be protected.

One call and you will know what is involved, what we need from you, and when we can be there. If it turns out you need an attorney instead, we will tell you that on the same call.
